Our Lead Counsel, Mr. Harold Wang, is a multicultural lawyer trained in Canadian, American and Chinese law. Having previously worked for international firms in Canada and China as well as litigation firms in downtown Toronto, Harold developed unique expertise in resolving complex corporate-commercial, real estate, and workplace disputes.
Harold earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and a Legum Magister degree in business law from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York where he focused on transactional law while serving as an elected Class Vice President organizing cross-cultural activities and games.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, swimming, and visiting museums of world cultures.
Queena Zhang, B.A, J.D, Esq., is a Washington lawyer with a wealth of experience in entertainment law as well as corporate and commercial law in multiple jurisdictions including the U. S., PRC, Hong Kong SAR, and Canada.
Serving as the Head of the International Business desk at China Commercial Law Firm (Hua-Shang) in Shen Zhen, PRC, she regularly advises clients with respect to cross-border business transactions, corporate restructuring, private placements, and IPOs through SPACs. Her opinions on trademark and patent issues were relied upon by parties to deals in China, U.S., Canada, and Europe.
In her leisure time, she is an extreme foodie and a student of world culinary arts. Queena is also called to the Bar of Ontario.
